Support Eclectic Flights
Eclectic Flights is supported through destination sponsorships — a simple way to support the platform while gaining direct visibility on specific travel pages visited by real users. This page explains how sponsorship works, the types of destinations available, and how support is applied.
How sponsorship works
You can sponsor a destination on Eclectic Flights for a fixed 6-month period. Sponsorship appears directly on that destination page and is tied to the platform itself rather than intrusive, site-wide advertising.
Sponsorship options range from randomly assigned destinations through to higher-traffic routes and flagship locations, depending on the level of contribution.
What a sponsorship includes
- Your name or company shown as the supporter on that destination page
- An optional personal or business link
- A small logo for businesses
- A personalized shareable link to the sponsored destination
Sponsorship tiers
-
Premium Destinations — flagship locations such as London, New York, Paris, Rome, and Sydney
Typical contribution: $500+ -
National Capitals — major capital cities with broad visibility
Typical contribution: $150–$400 -
Regional Capitals — state and provincial capitals and similar regional centres
Typical contribution: $75–$200 -
Top Tourist Destinations — high-interest non-capital destinations
Typical contribution: $50–$150 -
Discovery Destinations — long-tail destinations assigned randomly or chosen where available
Typical contribution: $20–$75
Higher contributions open up more options and greater control over destination choice. Higher tiers provide more control over destination selection, including the ability to choose specific locations where available.
Availability and renewal
Each destination can have one sponsor at a time, for a fixed 6-month period, with the option to renew.
Once a destination is taken, it is unavailable until the sponsorship period ends.
Support the platform
Support helps cover the real operational costs of running and improving Eclectic Flights — including infrastructure, external data, and ongoing performance improvements as the platform grows.
